About this site

iWork Expert is created by Bill Kaiser, an enthusiast of Pages, Numbers, and Keynote. Learn how the vision of this website can help you.

Hi, my name is Bill. Below is a picture of me (and in case you're wondering what I'm wearing, it's a homemade piñata costume my wife made). I'm the person who created this website. I am the iWork Expert.

Welcome to iWork Expert

Thank you for visiting this website and taking the time to read this page. iWork Expert provides an easy, one-stop shop solution for help with Pages, Numbers, and Keynote.

The Vision for iWork Expert

This website is the first thing I want you to look up when you need anything related to the iWork apps. That's my end goal.

Why I Started This Website

The reason I started this website is because I couldn’t find a dedicated web resource that focuses solely on the iWork suite of apps. There are some third party resources out there, but I didn't find them overly helpful.

Apple itself has a lot of good information on its support pages, it's true. You can also get help through their forums. They are decent resources. However, for me, the underlying issue is that many times those resources don't provide the exact insight you need. While you may eventually find the answer you're looking for, it's time-consuming and sometimes painstaking to do.

For example, perhaps your SUM formula totals to zero, and you can't figure out why. Or you want to create a magic trick using a Keynote presentation (it's true, I've done this for someone before). Maybe you want to know what will make the document you made in Pages look professional.

That's where this website comes in, and the type of things I'll address.

A Web Resource for Learning, But Also for Fun

This website is the first thing I want you think of when it comes for anything Pages, Numbers, and Keynote related. Whether it's how to do something in one of these apps, searching for pre-made templates I've created, or even troubleshooting a Numbers formula, I want you to think "Let me check out iWork Expert first". That's my goal.

I also want to show you all the incredible things you can do with these apps. They’re capable of so much and, to me, it's so satisfying to work in these apps compared to other, similar programs. To each their own, I get it. But after learning how to use these apps, I think you'll agree, they are great.

For the majority of people who need a word processor, a spreadsheet, or a way to create a presentation and have an Apple device, Pages, Numbers, and Keynote are all you'll ever need.

iWork Expert is an independent website launched by Bill Kaiser. It's technically a publication too. You can subscribe to this publication, and if you do, you can receive the optional email newsletters about new content when it's available.

New Content Delivered Straight to You

Stay up to date with new content sent straight to your inbox! No more worrying about whether you missed something because of a pesky algorithm or news feed. I work on this website in my spare time, so I receive email notifications about new content occasionally. If you don't like receiving a ton of emails (like I do), you can instead visit the home page of this website to view new posts as they're published.

Similar Minded People Like You

Join a community of other subscribers who share the same interests. Of course, you won't know who these other people are, nor will they know who you are since this information isn't shared. That's what social media is for. iWork Expert has no social media accounts, but I'll probably do Instagram and Threads when there's more content on this website to share.
